Method: |

Poach
prawns, drain and fry in melted butter along with green peppercorns for 1
minute. |

(Usually to
poach prawns, I boil water with 2 tbsp soy-sauce and 1tsp blackpepper powder.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and then add prawns in still warm water. Leave it
for 5 to 7 minutes) |

For the
sauce combine all the ingredients together to make it smooth. |

|
Divide the
shredded lettuce on a serving dish. |

|

|

|
|
|
|
|
|
Arrange
prawns on the top and pour a spoonful of the sauce. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Garnish
with dill and serve. |
