Method: |

Heat oil and fry onion till
golden. |
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Spread on
an absorbent paper and crush coarsely. |

|
|
|
|
|
|

Mix all the
ingredients including fried onions but except oil and apply on chicken cubes. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Set aside
for half an hour. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Cook it on
low in its own water without oil until chicken is tender. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
When water
is dry, add sesame oil and saute well on high flame till oil separates from
masala. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Garnish
with fresh chopped coriander. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Serve hot
with naan and any chutney on the side. |

|
|
|
