strawberries 3/4lbs (rotten)
sugar 3/4cup
cornstarch 1tbsp
water 4cups
Method:
Place strawberries in a saucepan with hot water, bring to the boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
Mash strawberries with a masher in the saucepan.
Add sugar, stirring constantly and simmer.
Mix cornstarch with 1tbsp water and add into strawberries.
Keep stirring until thicken.
Transfer it to serving cups and chill before serving.
Serve 4 persons.
