Avocado Smoothie


avocado 1 large, peeled and seeded
condensed milk 1can
vanilla essence 1tsp
mint leaves 1/2tsp crushed


Method:


In a food blender, combine avocado, condensed milk, and vanilla essence.


Blend until smooth, then spoon in to small cups and keep it in the fridge. 


Before serving, dust with freshly grated mint leaves.
