| avocado | 1 large, peeled and seeded |
| condensed milk | 1can |
| vanilla essence | 1tsp |
| mint leaves | 1/2tsp crushed |
| Method: | |
| In a food blender, combine avocado, condensed milk, and vanilla essence. | |
| Blend until smooth, then spoon in to small cups and keep it in the fridge. | |
| Before serving, dust with freshly grated mint leaves. | |
