Chicken Bihari Boti

boneless chicken 1kg, cubes





garlic/ ginger paste 2tbsp





yogurt 1/2 cup





onion 2 medium, sliced





lemon 4





red chilli powder 1tbsp





garam masala 1tsp





salt to taste





sesame oil 1/2 cup





frying oil






fresh coriander for garnishing













Method:














Heat oil and fry onion till golden. 













Spread on an absorbent paper and crush coarsely.












Mix all the ingredients including fried onions but except oil and apply on chicken cubes.









Set aside for half an hour.













Cook it on low in its own water without oil until chicken is tender.











When water is dry, add sesame oil and saute well on high flame till oil separates from masala.








Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.













Serve hot with naan and any chutney on the side.












Serves 6.
