1/4tsp, freshly ground |

| Method: |

|

|

|
|
| Heat oil in
a pan, add garlic, red chillies and saute for 30 seconds. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Add onions
and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Pour in the
vinegar and boil it for 2 minutes. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Now add
boiled black chickpeas, mix well and saute for 1 minute. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Transfer it
to a serving dish, add feta cheese and chopped mint leaves. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Season it with salt and pepper. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Toss until
well coated and then serve. |
