1-1/2 tsp (adjust to taste) |

| Method: |

| Heat oil
and add cumin seeds and saute for half a minute. |
|
|
| Add onions
and green chillies and saute for another half a minute. |
|
|
| Add lady
fingers, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. |
|
|
| Mix well,
cover and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
|
|
| Serve hot
with chapati. |
